 QA/QC Introduction |

Quality is the lifeline of Sindoo Lighting. Our
quality control department maintains the quality standards
and safety of our products. With all production processes
conducted in line with ISO9002 standards, an advanced
precision electronic inspection system has been implemented.
Under this system, each working procedure, from screening
of incoming electronic materials to semi-finished
and finished products must be strictly inspected.
An accurate inspection record is then made so as to
improve control quality.

Description:This

of light sources. It constitutes a spectro-radiometer,

Meter for Testing Lamp Caps and Luminaires
Description:This apparatus is used to measure
the temperature and temperature rise of lamp caps
and luminaires. The display shows environmental temperature,
box temperature, lamp cap temperature and temperature
rise of the cap, in addition to the working temperature
of luminaires. |

Tester
Description:Simultaneously
used to test 16 products, this tester is used to judge
and record the on-off time of single products. With
an on-time circle and off-time circle, checking the
on-off time of the 16 tested products can be set at
any time. |

for Lamp Caps
Description:Used
to test the fastness of lamp caps, this instrument
has a peak torque holding function, with the upper
limit having an alarm. |
